A monthly gathering of locals who consume and discuss mediums on art, bikes, and place.

- 10-12 members, each responsible for a a 1-month contribution, each year
- each member can bring +1 to any monthly meeting
- non-members MUST be invited by a current member to attend.
- new members can join, after, attending 5+ monthly gatherings and contributing 1-month contribution in the month of their membership induction
- nominal $5.19/month (or $51.90/year) membership fee to cover small admin costs
- online social portal
- mailing list
- email address and/or domain
- cost for venue rental (if needed)
- cost for media sourcing (if needed)
- seed funding to plan the festival
- ideally, monthly contributions would add up to enough content to hold a public 'Fest' at the end of any given year.
