A goal to enable individuals and communities to take greater ownership over their futures gives purpose to the most rewarding work I complete. Approaching my work with a servant-leadership mindset, my expertise is in designing strategies and platforms which create meaningful & engaging experiences in support of helping others achieve their goals.

I care about the 'WHY' and the 'WHAT' behind the actions we take, the services we deliver, and the products we create. With experience in planning, developing, and delivering initiatives of various sizes I understand how day-to-day operations must connect to and support larger strategic endeavours.

My methods are firmly grounded in a rational understanding of the challenges my colleagues and I face. The plans I outline to move beyond challenges are well informed by a breadth of experience from academic, employment, and community focused roles. My colleagues regularly praise my ability to quickly understand new concepts and translate knowledge into terms, resources, and tools which support others in their work, professional development, and successes.

Approaching my work & professional relationships with a learning leadership lens, I ask questions to fill the gaps in my own knowledge and draw on the experience of colleagues and external stakeholders who are experts in their fields. The servant-leadership perspective which guides my actions helps me to connect the growth of individuals to the roles they have within broader collectives—knowing that as one of us flourishes we all are likely benefit as a result. I find great fulfilment in helping others to achieve success in the pursuits they are most passionate about.
